Project Terms

Last updated October 5, 2026. Plain-language working terms for NOVELOQ website projects.

1. Project scope

The selected package determines the included scope. Additional pages, custom systems, integrations, content production, subscriptions, photography, paid third-party services or work outside the listed package may require a separate quote.

2. Payment

The package price is due in full before the project begins. Taxes, if legally required, should be added or handled as required by the seller's applicable registration and tax obligations. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Client materials

The client is responsible for having the right to use any logos, photos, text, trademarks, reviews or other materials they provide. The client should provide accurate business information and required access in a reasonable time.

4. Revisions and approval

Reasonable revisions within the purchased scope may be included during the build. Major changes in direction or requests outside the package can require a new quote. A project may be considered approved once the client confirms launch or accepts the final version.

5. Delivery timing

Any turnaround shown on the site is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. Delivery can depend on project complexity, client response time, content availability and third-party services.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Because each website is custom work, refund eligibility depends on when cancellation happens and how much project-specific work has already been completed. A cancellation before work begins may qualify for a full refund; after work begins, NOVELOQ may retain the portion reasonably corresponding to completed work and committed project-specific costs, subject to applicable law. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Hosting, domain and third-party services

Domains, hosting, booking platforms, analytics, email, payment providers and other third-party services may have their own fees and terms. Unless specifically included in writing, those services are separate from the website project fee.

8. Performance dashboard

Dashboard metrics depend on what can technically and lawfully be tracked. A click, form submission or booking action does not necessarily equal a completed sale. NOVELOQ should not represent unverified actions as confirmed revenue.

9. Legal review

This page is a working business template, not legal advice. Before accepting live customer payments, the operator should have the final terms reviewed for the business location, legal capacity, tax setup and services actually offered.
