Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026. Because NOVELOQ provides custom website services tailored to each client, refund eligibility depends on when a project is cancelled and how much project-specific work has already been completed.
1. Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel before NOVELOQ begins project-specific work, you may request a full refund of the website project payment. Project-specific work can include planning, research, content preparation, design, development, configuration, setup or other work performed specifically for your project.
2. Cancellation after work begins
You may still cancel after work has started. In that situation, NOVELOQ may retain the portion of the project payment that reasonably corresponds to work already completed and any project-specific costs already committed. Any remaining refundable portion will be determined based on the work completed at the time of cancellation, subject to applicable law.
3. After final delivery or launch
Payments for completed custom work are generally non-refundable once the agreed project scope has been delivered or the client has approved the website for launch. This does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law. If the delivered work materially does not match the agreed scope, contact NOVELOQ so there is a reasonable opportunity to review and correct the issue.
4. If NOVELOQ cannot complete the project
If NOVELOQ cancels a project or is unable to complete the agreed work, the client may receive a full or partial refund based on the amount of work already completed and delivered. If no project-specific work has been completed, the project payment will be refunded.
5. Revisions and changes of direction
Reasonable revisions within the purchased scope are handled under the Project Terms. A change in preference or direction after work has been approved does not automatically create a right to a full refund. Requests that substantially change the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
6. Third-party charges
Domains, hosting, booking platforms, email services, payment providers, subscriptions and other third-party products can have their own charges and refund rules. NOVELOQ cannot guarantee refunds of charges paid directly to a third party.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
Contact NOVELOQ using the contact email listed on this website and include your name, business name, purchased package and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be sent back through the original payment method when possible. The time for funds to appear can depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
8. Payment disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact NOVELOQ first so a billing or delivery issue can be reviewed quickly. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law or any rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Applicable law
This policy is intended to explain NOVELOQ's normal refund and cancellation process. If applicable consumer or contract law provides rights that are stronger than this policy, those legal rights continue to apply.
10. Review before launch
This page is a working business template and not legal advice. It should be reviewed and updated to match how NOVELOQ actually operates before accepting live customer payments.
